Buckinghamshire
A super property, just two years old and ready to move into with no upward chain. Located in the market town of Buckingham this house has four double bedrooms leaving plenty of potential to use as required, and despite being a modern house, it occupies a non-estate position with a private landscaped walled rear garden, a driveway and garage.
The Royal Latin School and The Buckingham School are both less than half a mile away.
First impressions are one of space as this property has two large living areas, the kitchen/dining room and the sitting room. The kitchen/dining room is particularly inviting as an area for the family to get together and with its central island, granite work surfaces and integrated appliances it is also highly functional. There is a brick built fireplace in the sitting room which gives the whole room a focal point and a homely feel. Also on the ground floor is a useful WC which is in addition to a shower room on the first floor and a further bathroom on the second floor. As well as an en suite bathroom the master bedroom also has the luxury of its own dressing room fully fitted with hanging rails and storage space. With two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second this property has the perfect layout. Please see video for more.

BUCKINGHAM
Buckingham is an old market town, possibly dating back to the 7th century, with several bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a popular market held twice a week. Its oldest building is possibly the Buckingham Chantry Chapel which is owned by the National Trust and there is an interesting museum in the Buckingham Old Gaol. Buckingham also has the River Great Ouse running through it, lending itself to some riverside walks.
The Royal Latin School, which is a secondary school with an outstanding Ofsted report, is just 0.2 miles away and there are also several private schools in the area including the renowned Stowe School which is approximately 5 miles away.
LOCATION
Buckingham has three main roads passing through, the A413, A421 and A422. It is well located for access to the M40 in the west. Rail services to London Euston in less than an hour run from Milton Keynes which is about 14 miles away.
