Ground Floor
A charming gable porch welcomes you to this property before you step into the entrance hall. To the left is a large storage cupboard and the cloakroom which has modern tiling to the floor and walls and a floating sink. Moving on to the sitting room you may be surprised at how much space there is here with enough room for a dining table and chairs, and an understairs storage cupboard. Double glazed French doors open to the garden and the room has engineered wood flooring. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of high gloss units and includes an integrated Hotpoint oven, ceramic hob and extractor. The integrated washing machine, Kenwood dishwasher and fridge/freezer make this a fully functional kitchen whilst using the least possible space and the beech block breakfast bar is perfect for those meals on the run or just a morning coffee.
First Floor
Going up the staircase which has an oak handrail and balustrade we come to the first floor where there is a large airing cupboard. The master bedroom has a range of built-in sliding wardrobes and a contemporary style en suite shower room which again has a floating sink. There are two further bedrooms overlooking the rear of the property and the fully tiled family bathroom completes the first floor accommodation.
Outside
To the front of the property there are two parking spaces and to the rear the garden is fully enclosed and has an Astroturf lawn for ease of maintenance. The paved patio area is a lovely space for sitting out on summer evenings as the garden is not overlooked to the rear or side and there are even a couple of small fruit trees here. A side access leads to the front of the house.
BOZEAT
Bozeat is a large Northamptonshire village, just under 5 miles from the market town of Olney which is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants and just over 6 miles to Wellingborough with a wider range of shops and rail links to London. The village itself has a primary school and secondary schooling is available in Wollaston just 3.5 miles away.
The village has a 12th century church as well as several shops, a restaurant and a public house. To keep you updated on village news there is a community Facebook page full of useful information and recommendations, and highlighting the strength of community spirit this village has. There is plenty to do in and around the village including Twinwoods Adventure at Milton Ernest where you can learn to skydive in their indoor wind tunnel, or if you fancy something a little more peaceful there is the choice of Harrold Country Park or Irchester Country Park, both within 4 miles and both with plenty of beautiful walks and play areas for the kids.
